Warranty Policy

At Tumble Bedding, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Tumble products are designed for comfort, durability, and performance. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.

1. Warranty Coverage
  • Pillows: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Toppers: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
During the warranty period, if your product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, replace it with the same model or a comparable product.

2. What’s Covered
  • Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, or fabric integrity.
  • Foam defects (such as permanent splits or crumbling not caused by misuse).
  • Structural defects that affect the performance of the product.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Comfort preference (e.g., too soft or too firm).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents.
  • Stains, spills, odors, or damage caused by liquids.
  • Alterations or modifications to the product.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand.

4. Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:
  • You must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase from TumbleBedding.com or an authorized retailer (such as Amazon).
  • The product must have been used only for its intended purpose (personal bedding use).
  • The product must not show signs of abuse, misuse, or neglect.

5. How to File a Claim
  1. Contact our team at support@tumblebedding.com with:
    • Your order number and purchase receipt.
    • Photos of the product and the issue.
    • A description of the problem.
  2. Our team will review your claim and may request additional details.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions.

6. Limitations & Disclaimer
  • This warranty is limited to the value of the original purchase price.
  • Tumble Bedding / PSP of America is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you.

7. Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased through Amazon or another authorized retailer, warranty claims must still be submitted through support@tumblebedding.com with proof of purchase.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
