We want you to love your Tumble Pillow and Tumble Topper. That’s why every order from TumbleBedding.com comes with a 30-night risk-free trial. Sleep on it, test it out, and if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.

1. Risk-Free Trial – How It Works
  • Pillow & Topper: You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to try your product at home.
  • If you’re not happy, simply contact us within that window to start a return.
  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  • Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

2. Eligibility
  • Trial applies only to purchases made directly from TumbleBedding.com.
  • Limited to one return per product type per household (e.g., one pillow and one topper).
  • To discourage abuse, bulk or repeat returns may not be eligible.
  • Accessories, gift cards, or items marked as “final sale” are not covered by the trial.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days after your return is received.
  • Shipping costs (if you chose expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know immediately at support@tumblebedding.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Marketplace Purchases

If you bought your Tumble product through Amazon or another authorized retailer, their return policies apply. Please initiate returns directly with that seller.

6. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, return your original item (within the 30-night trial) and place a new order.
