We’re excited to get your Tumble products to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at TumbleBedding.com.

1. Order Processing
  • Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
  • Transit Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: At checkout, you may see faster options for an additional fee (where available).

3. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

4. Split Shipments

Because pillows and toppers may ship from different warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking updates for each package.

5. Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to meet shipping timelines, but delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
We are not responsible for delays once your package is with the carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to help track and resolve issues.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tumblebedding.com with photos.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with neighbors, building managers, or your local carrier office. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance.

7. Amazon Purchases

If you purchased your Tumble product on Amazon, their shipping timelines and policies apply. Please refer to your Amazon order details for tracking and delivery updates.
